The Details:

• Promotion Period: Only transfers initiated, fully funded, and successfully paid out between 19 May (00:00 GMT+1) and 25 May (23:59 GMT+1) will be eligible.
• Automatic Credit: You don’t need to claim your reward—eligible users will have their cashback automatically credited on 26 May 2026.

Detailed Offer Terms - Africa Day

1. The Offer

Eligible customers who complete qualifying high-volume transactions during the Promotion Period will receive a 1.5% Cashback reward calculated on their total transaction volume, provided the minimum threshold is met.

2. Promotion Period

·       Start Date: 19 May 2026 (00:00 GMT+1)

·       End Date: 25 May 2026 (23:59 GMT+1)

·       Only transfers that are initiated, fully funded, and successfully paid out (via bank deposit, mobile wallet, or cash pickup) via the Riz Remit app or website within this window will automatically be considered for eligibility.

3. Eligibility Criteria (Minimum Volume)

To qualify for the 1.5% reward, a customer’s single or collective transaction volume during the Promotion Period must meet or exceed:

·       United Kingdom: £2,500 GBP

·       European Union: €3,000 EUR

·       Canada: C$5,500 CAD

4. Winner Eligibility & Communication

·       This promotion is exclusive to registered users of Riz Remit Limited who fulfill the eligibility criteria.

·       Reward will be paid only once and can be used in the upcoming transfer as per the wallet terms.

·       Winners will be notified via their registered email address, call, WhatsApp, and through a public announcement on Riz Remit’s official social media channels. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure their contact details are up to date.

·       Exclusions: Employees of Riz Remit Limited, their immediate family members, and any business affiliates or partners are strictly ineligible for this offer.

5. Fulfillment & Notification

·       Verification: All qualifying transactions are subject to standard compliance and fraud reviews.

·       Announcement: Official winners will be announced & cashback will be credited on 26 May 2026.

6. Community Trust & Testimonials

·      As a token of appreciation and to build trust within our community, winners may be requested to share a brief video showing their Wallet credit or share their experience via WhatsApp. These videos may be featured on Riz Remit’s social media channels to celebrate our top senders.

7. General Conditions

·       Riz Remit reserves the right to disqualify any user suspected of market manipulation, fraudulent activity, or the creation of multiple accounts to bypass the "one reward per customer" rule.

·       The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to unforeseen market volatility or technical requirements.

·       Standard exchange rates and transaction fees apply to all transfers made during this period.
