Riz Remit has made sending money easier for your complete peace of mind. Simply follow these steps:

  • Register yourself
  • Update your information (personal details and address).
  • Upload identification documents.
  • Create a transaction.
  • Review and confirm the transfer.

You can pay for your online transactions using:

  • Debit Card
  • Online Transfer
  • Online Bank Transfer via Volumepay
  • Manual Bank Transfer

To make a transaction, you need to sign up or log in to your account and follow these simple steps:

  • Choose the destination country.
  • Select a payout option (e.g., Cash Pickup or Bank Deposit).
  • Choose the payout location.
  • Enter the amount.
  • Create or select a beneficiary.
  • Create or select bank details.
  • Select the payment method.
  • Upload identification documents.
  • Select the purpose of sending.
  • Confirm payment.

For a money transfer, we may require any of the following documents as proof of identity:

Proof of ID

  • Colored copy of passport
  • Colored copy of driving license

Proof of address

  • Utility bill
  • Bank statement
  • Bank letter
  • Employment letter
  • NHS letter/GP card
  • Official letter from a government body

Proof of Funds (As per declared source)

  • Pay/wage slips
  • Credit card statement (Document must contain identification such as name and account number)
  • Solicitor Letter, House sale receipt, car sale receipt, etc.
  • Bank loan documents (including mortgage agreements)
  • P60 or P21 (Annual Tax Returns)
  • Self-assessment

On our app, you can check the transaction status in the “Track your transaction” option.

On our website, click on the “Track your transaction” option from the header and enter your transaction code to check the status.

If you wish to cancel a transaction, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Riz Remit account and navigate to Customer Support.
  • Click on Add New Complaint and select the complaint type "Cancel Transaction".
  • Select the Payment Number and enter a message requesting cancellation.
  • Click Submit to complete the request.

There is no maximum limit when sending money with Riz Remit, provided you meet all compliance requirements.

Debit Card Payments: Most transactions are completed within minutes.

Online Bank Transfers: Transactions are typically completed within 1-2 banking days.

Factors That May Affect Delivery Times:

  • Accuracy of Information (both your details and the beneficiary’s details)
  • Time Zone Differences
  • Bank Operational Hours (weekends and local holidays may cause delays)
  • Additional Information Requests (for security and compliance purposes)
  • Uncontrollable Circumstances (e.g., technical issues affecting our business partners)

If you forget your password, you can reset it using the following steps:

  • Go to the Login page.
  • Click on "Forgot Password."
  • Enter your registered email address.
  • Check your email for a password reset link.
  • Use the link to reset your password and regain access to your account.

Yes – protecting your money and data is our prime priority that’s why we are:

For payment collection, the receiver needs to provide the following details:

  • Transaction number (also known as payment number, PIN, or pin code)
  • Beneficiary’s valid National ID Card of the destination country

Cash Pickup
Cash is available to collect instantly. If the transaction is created after banking hours or during weekends/public holidays, it will be available for collection on the next day.

Bank Deposits
Bank Deposit delivery timescales vary per country but are usually credited within 1 - 2 business days. In case of incorrect bank details, it may incur additional delays

Wallet

To update the receiver's details, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Riz Remit account and navigate to Customer Support.
  • Click on "Add New Ticket" and select the ticket type "Name Change".
  • Select the Payment Number and enter a message requesting the name change.
  • Click Submit to complete the request.
