1. Eligibility

• The campaign is open only to registered users of RizRemit who are legal residents of European countries where RizRemit officially operates.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of RizRemit are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

2. Campaign Period

• The campaign officially begins on June 1, 2026, and concludes on July 31, 2026 (the "Campaign Period").
• Campaign Date Revision: RizRemit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend, shorten, or otherwise revise the campaign dates if required by operational needs or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be updated on our official platforms.
• Transactions completed after the closing date (or revised closing date) will not be eligible for the lucky draw.

3. How to Enter

• To qualify automatically, customers must successfully send money from Europe to Nepal using the RizRemit mobile app or official website during the Campaign Period.
• Each completed, non-refunded transaction to Nepal counts as one (1) valid entry into the lucky draw.
• There is no limit to the number of times a customer can enter, provided each entry is a separate, successful transaction.

5. Prizes and Winner Notification

• The total prize pool consists of ten (10) iPhone 17 Pro devices.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.
• Winners will be notified via their registered email address and/or phone number within three (3) business days of the respective draw date.
• If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, RizRemit reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternative winner.

• RizRemit reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign or these terms at any time without prior notice in the event of technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control.
• Any transaction that is cancelled, reversed, or flagged for fraudulent activity will immediately disqualify the user from the campaign.
