Wallet Service Terms & Conditions - RizRemit Limited

1. Eligibility & Participation

• All existing and new RizRemit customers are automatically eligible to participate in the Invite a Friend program. Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Qualifying a Referral

A referral is considered successful only when a new user:

• Registers using the referrer's unique link or code.
• Completes a paid transaction equal to or above the Minimum Transaction Value (see table below).
• Passes RizRemit's compliance checks (KYC / AML / Fraud Control).

Updated Reward Structure

How Rewards Work

• Pending balance: Once a friend signs up using your link, a reward appears in your RizRemit Wallet as a "Pending Balance."
• Active balance: The balance becomes active and usable once your friend completes a qualifying transfer.
• Usage: Active rewards will automatically be applied toward future transfer(s) of at least £50 from the UK, €50 from the European Region, CAD 50 from Canada, and 500 KR from Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
• Non-transferable: Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another account.
• Conflicting claims: If multiple referral links are used, the reward is issued to the code used at registration. No disputes arising from conflicting claims will be entertained.

5. Compliance & Fraud

• Compliance checks are performed after every referral. No reward will be credited if a referral fails KYC, AML, or fraud checks. RizRemit may delay or withhold a reward for investigation at any time and may refuse to process any transaction it considers fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
• Credits will be reversed if the qualifying transaction is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or identified as fraudulent. RizRemit also reserves the right to disqualify participants and reverse rewards in cases of misuse, including referring yourself, referring members of the same household, or creating fake or duplicate accounts.

6. Program Rights

• RizRemit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this program at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding reward eligibility, verification, and reversal are final and binding. RizRemit may request identity verification documents from any participant at any time, and may send notifications or emails regarding reward status.

7. Disputes

• If you believe your referral claim has been incorrectly denied, contact our support team at support@rizremit.com. We aim to respond within 7 working days, though complex cases may take longer.

8. Privacy & Governing Law

• By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data, and that of any referred individuals, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed under the jurisdiction applicable to RizRemit's main customer agreement.
